$250.00 PER MONTH
There is a late fee of $10.00 if payment is not received by the 5th of the month.
There is an annual assessment of $1,360.00.  Payment options are:
Annual - one payment of $1,360
4 payments of $340.00 due on March 1st, May 1st, July 1st, and September 1st
Monthly payments of $114.00

Personal Check/Money Order
What do I need to do? Write a check payable to your homeowners association and mail it along with your payment coupon to the address listed on the coupon. Write your homeowner account number on your check. Your account number is your house number.
Automatic Withdrawal (ACH)
Complete the ACH form and return it to Brenda Burr (Brenda@cranberrypm.com) with a voided check for processing.  Our office must have this information by the 20th of the month to have it active for the next month.
Your Bank's Online Bill Pay
What do I need to do? Set up your community as the payee and have your payments sent to  the PO Box address below. Please include your account number on the check. Your account number is your house number.  The mailing address is below.
